Welcome to CPT Galaxy Training

This site contains a collection of tutorials tailored for CPT Galaxy users, Galaxy Pub users, and the CPT Phage Genomics course (BICH464) students. Training videos are also available at the CPT YouTube Channel. If you use our tools for your work, please cite our publication in PLOS Computational Biology. We are trying our best to keep the tutorial updated as we continue to improve our systems. Further tutorials developed and maintained by the worldwide Galaxy community are available here. An overview of CPT genomics research and teaching can be see here. Further education on phage whole genome sequencing and using CPT Galaxy and WebApollo for phage whole genome Annotation can be seen here.
