Per request of Dr. Gill, these tools were added to galaxy. He is currently working on developing workflows for indel calling.

Migrating Update Log to WordPress
Maintaining the HTML file is unpleasant and cumbersome. As such, the development log which is viewable in galaxy is being moved to a wordpress blog which admins can write on as necessary.
